Even though there could occur unforeseen impediments in every manufacturing process we intend to surpass all our clients’ expectations efficiently and transparent on time – just like the eStallion did from day one.
Yes, we deliver the eStallion HIGH PLUS to any place in Europe. However, the eStallion HIGH PLUS is not licensed in Germany and in all EU countries.
Currently, the eStallion models HIGH PLUS 500W and 750W do not have a legal permission for driving on streets in countries with a licensing requirement (e.g. Germany and the Netherlands), yet. Thereby their use on public roads is not allowed. These e-Bikes, therefore, only can be ridden on non-public roads such as a marked out private property. Accordingly, you cannot authorize the e-Bike for road uses. In Austria and Switzerland the eStallion 500W is classified as a bicycle so that you can ride it there without a driving license and special insurances.
The eStallion is robustly built and can bear weights up to 130 kg without any problems.
One size fits all: There is only one size perfect for persons that are between 170 and 190 cm tall.
The eStallion BASIC weighs approx. 24 kg (46 lbs) without battery and 26 kg (55 lbs) with battery.
The eStallion HIGH weighs approx. 25 kg (52 lbs) without battery and 27 kg (63 lbs) with battery.
The eStallion HIGH PLUS weighs approx. 25 kg (52 lbs) without battery and 31 kg (70 lbs) with battery.
We provided the seat with a carrying handle so that the lifting and carrying of the eStallion is much easier.
Battery weight
36V 10.4Ah = 2,5kg
36V 20.8Ah = 4,5
36V 30.6Ah = 6kg
48V 11.6Ah = 3,5kg
48V 17.4Ah = 4,5kg
48V 20.3Ah = 6kg
The basic version in the eStallion BASIC, HIGH and HIGH PLUS were specially built to enable an average range of up to 70 km with pedals support. With the upgraded battery of the eStallion BASIC and HIGH you can even ride up to 250 km with motor support.
We offer the most powerful battery throughout Europe with 30.6Ah at 36V and 23.8Ah at 48V.
A full recharge usually takes 2-6 hours. The exact charging time depends on the battery capacity and the power of the charger.
You can easily calculate the charging time: Divide the ampere hours (Ah) of the battery (e.g. 10 Ah) by the power of the charger (A), for example 10 Ah : 5 A = 2 h. In this case, you need 2 hours to recharge the 10 Ah battery.
Of course! If the battery is empty, you can move the eStallion by muscle power only.
Nevertheless, make sure to recharge the battery immediately after the ride. Otherwise, the battery will be damaged irreparably by a complete discharge.
Yes. The battery is designed in such a way to replace it in less than one minute in just two simple steps: Open the clasp on the saddle, take off the saddle and you can already remove the battery.
The eStallion is delivered to you safely packaged in a box together with a manual. The mounting is very easy. You only have to mount the handlebars and the pedals. If you are not experienced with bicycles, you should consult your local bicycle shop to mount and check all components.
The dispatch costs 99 EUR (including VAT) within Germany.
Throughout Europe the costs are 139 EUR (including VAT).
The delivery charges for Switzerland are 159 EUR (excluding VAT), in terms of a much higher expenditure due to the declaration of the dispatch.
Yes you can. We will provide the eStallion ready to go without packaging in Dusseldorf for you.
Numerous parts of your e-Bike are subjected to a function-specific wearing and should be checked and maintained regularly.
These include for example moving parts like tyres, chains, pinions etc. but also fixed mechanical parts like handles or brake linings. We cannot make a general specification about the working life because the wear and tear of single components depend on various factors and vary from the way of riding.
Here is a list of typical wearing parts of your e-Bike:
· Chain
· Shift and brake cables
· Crank, pinion und jockey wheels
· Bottom bracket
· Brake linings
· Brake fluid
· Seals/lubricating oil of spring elements
· Pedals
· Handles, handlebar tapes, bar ends
· Rims/spokes
· Tyres/tubes
· Paintwork
· Battery

The battery, the motor, the control unit, the display and the braking system of the eStallion are exclusively manufactured for us and only fit on our eStallion. You are invited to buy spare parts in our spare parts-shop. The other components are basic products.
We tested numerous models of different manufacturers. The BAFANG motors convinced us the most. They are more powerful than the motors of Bosch.
During the e-Bike-24-hour race at the Nurburgring in 2015 BAFANG has won the first place in front of all other manufacturers.
The performance values of the eStallion BASIC and HIGH are 250 W and of the eStallion HIGH PLUS 500 W and 700 W.
Yes and no – in principle e-Bikes are built after the guidelines of the norm EN15194 and have a CE label. Nevertheless, laws are different in each country:
Germany: You can only ride the eStallion BASIC 250W-model or the eStallion HIGH 250W-model without a driving license and insurance – either as a Pedelec with motor support up to 25 km/h (without throttle) or with throttle but only as a start-up-help up to 6 km/h max .
Furthermore, the legislator specifies that e-Bike-riders have to wear a helmet at any time. Side reflectors and mirrors are mandatory as well. Further on, you are not allowed to ride such e-Bikes neither on cycle paths nor in the forest because it is not considered as a bicycle. Currently, the eStallion models HIGH PLUS 500W and 750W do not have a road approval in countries with a licensing requirement.
Thereby their use on public roads is not allowed. These e-Bikes, therefore, only can be ridden on non-public roads such as a marked out private property. If you decide to buy an eStallion for Germany that requires a licensing, we ask you to sign our information sheet. Thereby we make sure that we informed you about these points.
Austria: You are allowed to ride our 250W eStallion BASIC and HIGH as well as with the 500W eStallion HIGH PLUS in Austria. All models can be equipped with a throttle up to 25 km/h max and an appropriate motor support.
That means that electric bicycles are not considered as motor vehicles in Austria – regardless of hybrid (Pedelec) or electronically ridden (throttle) – but as bicycles within the meaning of road traffic regulations. Thereby, the bikes can have a maximum certified performance of 600 W and a maximum design speed of not more than 25 km/h.
Every vehicle that has more power than 600W, is faster than 25km/h or if the throttle enables a speed of more than 25 km/h is a subject to registration and compulsory insurance. But this is not possible because the most powerful e-Bike-model with 750W has no operating license. At present, the eStallion model HIGH PLUS 500W and 750W do not have a road approval in Austria, yet. Thereby their use on public roads is not allowed. These e-Bikes, therefore, only can be ridden on non-public roads such as a marked out private property.
Swiss: You can ride the eStallion BASIC with 250W , the eStallion HIGH with 250W and the eStallion HIGH PLUS with 500W without a driving license and insurance in Switzerland. All models can have a throttle up to 20 km/h max and have motor support up to 25 km/h.
That means that every vehicle that has more power than 500W, is faster than 25km/h or if the throttle enables a speed of more than 20 km/h is a subject to registration and compulsory insurance. But this is not possible because the powerful e-Bike-model with 750W has no operating license. At present, the eStallion model HIGH PLUS 500W and 750W do not have a road approval in Switzerland, yet. The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: Currently, you are only allowed to have 250W motor support max up to 25 km/h max – without throttle!
USA: You can ride all models including the 750W model without a driving license and insurance in traffic with a motor support of up to 32 km/h as well as with a throttle up to 32 km/h.
The differences are pretty easy to spot – the eStallion BASIC has an aluminum fork, mechanical disc brakes (with cable hoist), Fatbike tyres by CST and a LED display.
The eStallion HIGH has a suspension fork by MOZO, excellent hydraulic disc brakes, Fatbike tyres by KENDA and a LC-display.
You have 250W at 36 volts with the eStallion HIGH and 500W and 700W at 48 volts with the eStallion HIGH PLUS.
This question is the most frequently asked question relating to e-Bikes. However, it is not possible to give a general answer to this question because the e-Bike’s range depends on many factors, such as external temperature, style of riding or the rider’s weight.
On average one may say that the batteries:
36V 10,4 Ah achieve up to 80 km as a Pedelec and purely electrically ridden up to 40 km (with throttle)
36V 20,8 Ah achieve up to 160 km as a Pedelec and purely electrically ridden up to 80 km
36V 30,6 Ah achieve up to 250 km as a Pedelec and purely electrically ridden up to 130 km
48V 11,6 Ah achieve up to 80 km as a Pedelec and purely electrically ridden up to 40 km
48V 17,4 Ah achieve up to 140 km as a Pedelec and purely electrically ridden up to 75 km
48V 23,8 Ah achieve up to 200 km as a Pedelec and purely electrically ridden up to 110 km
Various variables affect the range of one single charge, such as wind, hills, payload and support level as well as the rider’s weight. On average, the most powerful battery achieves a range of 200-250km.
Ride in lower gears : Ride in lower gears as far as possible. High speeds and a pedaling cadence of 60 to 70 revolutions per minute cause a lower electricity consumption because the motor is only little used.
Do not predominantly ride with the highest support : Adjust the motor support and do not permanently ride on the highest support level. You should reduce motor support significantly or switch it off if you ride on flat or downhill roads as well as in tail wind.
Take good care of your e-Bike: Badly oiled chains or too low tyre pressure result on the one hand in more physical effort while riding and on the other hand in a higher motor output.
Protect your battery in winter: Use a neoprene protection for your battery in winter. Thus, it keeps the optimum operating temperature for a longer time and is not exposed to cold headwinds.
We use battery cells by LG, which provide at least 60 % of their power after 500 full charge cycles according to the manufacturer.
The battery should be replaced after 800 full charge cycles. A full charge cycle is considers as the process of fully discharging the battery and fully recharge it afterwards or rather as the process of discharge the battery half-way twice and fully recharge it twice.
No, we use the newest generation of lithium-ion cells that do not show a memory effect like it used to appear when using nickel-cadmium batteries.
Not necessarily. You can ride your e-Bike with the throttle like a moped without pedaling. In this case, the motor works fully electronic.
You can choose between speeds of 6, 20, 25 or 38 km/h in our shop.
Please notice the legal provisions in your country: In Germany 6 km/h max. or in other countries 20-25 km/h max. In other countries the mounting of throttles is even restricted at all.
Yes, the battery is equipped with an anti-theft-device.
You start our eStallion by switching the key on the battery to ‘On’. Afterwards, you turn on the display by pressing and holding the centre button on the left side of the handlebar for 2 seconds.
We use 26-inch rims. The frame size is 52 cm.
The frame of the eStallion has an unisex design. Therefore, it fits perfectly for both, men and women (tested with skirt and platform shoes).
Yes. We also offer carriers in our accessories-shop.
Currently, we offer three frame colours – shiny white, shiny yellow and matt black.
The white frame is combined with brown leather handles, a brown leather saddle and matt double-walled black rims.
The yellow frame is also combined with brown leather handles and a brown leather saddle, but has golden double-walled rims with round cut-outs.
The matt black frame is combined with black leather handles, a black leather saddle and golden double-walled rims with round cut-outs.
Of course, we also offer spare batteries and spare chargers in our Shop. Thus, you can have e.g. one charger at home and one at your working place and your battery is always loaded.
